With 30 years of experience in communications, leadership development, and organizational change, Christina helps mission-driven companies build stronger cultures and more connected teams—so people thrive and strategy succeeds.

Throughout her career, Christina has been tapped to lead creative communications and brand development campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands and most beloved nonprofits. She was an early communications partner to Starbucks’ founding CEO, helping architect and amplify the company's now-iconic culture narrative. More recently, she partnered with Microsoft to activate its manager population as agents of cultural change.
Christina blends her background in strategic communications with credentials in executive coaching (ICF-certified) and a master’s in Organization Development—offering a rare, whole-systems approach that unites messaging, mindset, and movement.
